Step 4 - Request Final Value Fee Refund

It is important that you fill out the form completely.

To request credit for Final Value Fees from a listing:

You must have filed a Non-Payer Complaint Form
At least 5-10 days have passed since filing the Non-Payer Complaint.
No more than 59 days since your item ended.
Listing fees and fees for additional options are non-refundable.
You have left appropriate negative feedback for the bidder.

Note: Once you submit this Final Value Fee Refund Request Form, the high bidder will receive an email from us and may receive a Non-Paying Bidder Warning (npb), which could result in the suspension and/or termination of that members account.

If you've met all of these conditions and want to apply for your refund, please fill out the following form. Please note that fraudulent information could result in the suspension and/or termination of your account.

***If you have not met all the requirements above, please go do them. If all steps above are not met, the refund will not be applied. You may file for a refund only once per unsuccessful auction or on a Dutch listing, once per non-paying bidder. Multiple attempts to file for a final value fee refund will be deleted.
