We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made when leaving feedback. In these instances, the mistaken feedback can be removed.

To get a mistaken feedback removed:

• Contact support
• Include your userid, item number and the userid of the other party
• Include a detailed description of why the feedback was mistaken

You may be asked for additional information but in most cases, the feedback will be removed within 24 hours if you have provided the complete information and history on the item.

Note that once feedback has been removed, it can not be left again for the same transaction for any reason.
