Automatic Bidding
Use max-bid to place bids at the lowest
possible winning increments. You enter
the highest amount you are willing to pay; the system automatically
places bids for you at the lowest increment needed to win your item at
the lowest possible price.Does you Auction Manager tell you that you
are the high bidder and you aren't? It's possible that you have entered
the same bid that a previous bidder entered.
If that happens, the bidder who placed their proxy bid first is
automatically the high bidder. Think of it as a first come, first served
kind of thing.
