Updating your registration information

At the time you registered with Ebanned, you provided some basic personal information such as your name, billing details and address. Once you were approved, the only part left on your online registration profile at Ebanned was your name, email address and cryptic billing information.

The parts of your registration that you can change are your email, name and password. The remaining parts of your registration are stored offline only for Ebanned administration usage, including billing.

It is important to always keep an updated email address for your account at Ebanned. Outdated or invalid email addresses can cause your account to become blocked and can also cause problems if you wish to use the site to sell or buy. Since your email address is a vital part of a transaction, keep it up to date is most important.

Periodically, Ebanned will send validation emails to determine if the email address on your account is valid. If it is not, your access will be restricted until you have updated.

Update your email address

To update your email address, go to the Change Registration page. You do not need to sign up for a new userid, you can simply update your current email at any time.

Update your password

To update your password, go to the Change Registration page.
