How to close your Ebanned account

We are sorry that you want to go, but we understand the need to cancel. Please keep in mind that all cancelled accounts are set to inactive. We will not remove any feedback or your actual registration for any reason.

To cancel your account, contact Ebanned Support. Be sure to include the following:

- Your userid
- Your email
- Your password

Unless all three are included and match your current registration information, we will be unable to cancel your account.

Once our support team verifies your userid, email and password, you will get a notice letting you know that your account has been cancelled.
