Leaving Feedback for your transactions

In order to leave feedback for another member, you must have been involved in a transaction with them. That is to say, you were the winner of an item or you were the seller of an item that had a winning bidder.

To leave feedback, you'll use your Feedback section of the Auction Manager.

Log into your Auction Manager. Select the link that reads Feedback.

From that page, you'll be able to leave feedback for any transaction you've been involved in a transaction with. There are no time limits at this time on feedback. They will not expire, however, from time to time, Ebanned audits past feedbacks to leave and removed old or out of date transactions.

If you've had transactions, you'll see a listing of all feedbacks that you need to leave. You can also use the search to search the page for the item number, title or the seller you are looking for.

Choose the transaction you wish to leave feedback for, select the rating, enter your comments and press the button to leave your comments on the other personas feedback profile. Once left, the system will automatically remove the ability to leave feedback for this item again and you'll be returned to your feedback area.

Note that all feedback you leave is a matter of public record and is permanent. If you have an issue with the other party involved, try and resolve before leaving feedback.

Things not to use the feedback for:

Contacting the other party in your transaction. Comments like "You won, email me!" are subject to removal.
To harass or otherwise intend to cause harm (see Feedback Policy)

Learn about responding to your feedback.

To delete a feedback that you do not wish to leave, simply press the "trash can" icon and the feedback will be removed. Note that once deleted, it can not be placed back in your feedbacks to leave area.
