This includes, but is not limited to

• unauthorized resale of copyrighted material

• unauthorized use of copyrighted material (pics, vid clips, graphics, sound clips)

• unauthorized copying of specific wording

Examples of copyrighted material may include:

• photos

• videos

• cd's

• graphics

• sound clips

Ebanned may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual or copyrighted property rights of others.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the following information to Ebanned:

1. a signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. a complete description of what you claim has been infringed

3. a detailed description, including userid of the seller and the location within this site of where the material is located

4. your full name, address, telephone number, and email address (must be complete)

5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized 

6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
