Liability - Under federal law (Communications Decency Act), this site, Ebanned, is not legally responsible for the remarks and comments that users post on its site, even if those remarks are defamatory or libelous. We provide our feedback option as a complimentary service to our users and do not, generally, edit or remove those comments unless they fall under our Removal Policy. Removal Policy - Under certain circumstances, the Ebanned Administration will remove feedback posted by a user. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• Comments which are proven to be slanderous or libelous

• Comments which contain information not relevant to a transaction completed at Ebanned

• Comments which contain personal information such as names, addresses and/or phone numbers

• Comments that are intended to harass or otherwise cause harm Inflammatory content such as "cheater, scam artist, liar, thief, etc" is not considered as harassment and are not removed, though posting of these types of comments are discouraged.

• Comments which contain excessive profanity, racism or hate
