Q. How do I report SPAM? And how can I get rid of it?
A. We have a
ZERO tolerance for SPAM. Any
member found to be sending unsolicited email to any other member of Ebanned
will have their account immediately revoked. (Read our TOS
here) We have taken
aggressive measures to prevent our members from being exposed to SPAM on our
website. One of those measures includes not displaying your email address
anywhere on this website. There are ways to prevent you from getting SPAMed,
one of those is not including your email address in your auction listings.
Spiders troll this site daily and gather email address as they find them. If
you are a seller and are concerned about buyers being able to contact you, a
contact form is provided by Ebanned and is available in two separate spots in
each listing. If you should receive unwanted SPAM, simply
send Ebanned a copy
of it and we will look into ways to have it stopped.

Q. How do I know I am buying from a real person?
A. As with all online transactions, there is
an element of risk involved. You take a change with everything you do online.
However there are ways to be more assured you are dealing with a real, honest
person. Check their
feedback, read the comments other buyers have given them.
Check the other auctions by that seller and make sure that everything is consistent
throughout. Send the seller a question, judge their response. In short, if in
doubt, don't
bid. You can also see our list of
Verified Sellers by
