Q. I'm getting a Server 500 error. What is wrong?
A. During peak usage times, you may
experience slow response times or you may even receive an Error. If this
happens, we are aware of the problem and are working to get it fixed as soon
as possible. Simply try again in a little while.

Q. How do I do HTML for my listings?
A. We have set up a small
tutorial with links
to websites where you can learn the basics of HTML to spice up your listings.
Our site supports the industry standard for HTML but not for Java or JavaScript
in your listings. You can read our
tutorial
here. You can also use our
simple HTML
generator or register for an account with our affiliate,
Photeto which has over 50 graphical
templates to use.

Q. I can see my photo, but people are telling me they can't
see it, what is wrong?
A. This is a common problem if you have your
photos on your computer. You will need to upload them to a website on the
internet and use a website address to link to them. We do not host photos at
Ebanned. We recommend
Photeto.
The URL to your photo should look something like this:
http://www.YOURSERVER.com/YOURPIC.jpg
This is wrong:
C://file/myanything/mypic.jpg

Q. I forgot to add my photo, how can I get one on my listing
now that it's posted?
A. Anytime your auction is running, you can
edit it by looking for the line in your Auction Manager that reads EDIT...click that link and you will be able to log in and change or
add to your posted listing.

Q. The links in your emails to me don't work, why?
A. If you are on AOL, no links in your emails
will work. To get around this, simply highlight the link, right click and
select copy. Then you can right click and paste it into your browsers location
bar.

Q. I can't get to the Registration page, why?
A. Our registration page is on our secure
server to protect your private information. If your security controls are set
too high, you will not be able to access it. Use your browsers Tools option to
change your security controls to Medium. That will allow you access to our
registration and still keep your security level on an even keel. Our security
version is 128 bit encryption over SSL. Make sure you are set to allow SSL 2.0
and SSL 3.0

Q. Do you have a Bulk Loader?
A. No, we do not currently have one. However,
this is something we plan on adding in the future.
